Booking Terms & Policies**
At Bodyscapes Med Spa, we value your time and aim to provide the highest level of care and service. These policies help us ensure a smooth, consistent experience for all clients.
APPOINTMENTS
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and complete any necessary forms.
New clients must complete medical history and consent documents prior to treatment.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, will incur a $50 cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Multiple no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
LATE ARRIVALS
Arriving late may shorten your treatment time to keep our providers on schedule.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
All treatments are non-refundable.
Packages, series, and Beauty Bank membership purchases follow their own terms and are non-refundable once activated.
BEAUTY BANK MEMBERSHIP
Monthly membership payments are automatically charged and non-refundable.
Beauty Bank funds may be used toward services and retail at Bodyscapes Med Spa.
Beauty Bank discounts apply according to membership tier: $50, $100, and $200 levels.
Unused Beauty Bank funds roll over and never expire while membership remains active.
MEDICAL ELIGIBILITY
Services may require provider approval.
If you are not a candidate for your scheduled treatment, we will discuss alternative options.
Please inform your provider of any changes to your health, medications, or recent procedures.
MINORS
HEALTH & SAFETY
If you are feeling ill, recently had surgery, or have active infections or cold sores, please contact us to reschedule.
For best results and safety, follow all pre-care and post-care instructions provided by your aesthetic professional.
