Online Booking Terms & Conditions –
By booking an appointment online with Vibrant Hydration and Wellness, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointment Policy
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by phone.
You must be 18 years or older to book certain treatments. Valid ID may be required.
For certain services, a consultation may be required prior to the treatment.
2. Deposit & Payment
Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise specified.
Accepted forms of payment include (Cash, credit/debit card, HSA/FSA, CareCredit, Cherry).

If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and it may be treated as a no-show.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
5. Medical Disclosure
- You must complete an intake form and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
- Failure to disclose relevant information may impact the outcome of your service and could result in rescheduling.
- These forms will be automatically sent to the email that you put in your patient information. Please complete this before arrival.
6. Refunds & Returns
Services rendered are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 2 days to discuss your concerns.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment or service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with our policies.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for treatment purposes and internal record-keeping. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for full details.
9. COVID-19 & Health Protocols
Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for the safety of staff and clients.
