Online Booking Terms & Conditions – 

By booking an appointment online with Optimal Medical Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Policy

• All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by phone.

• You must be 18 years or older to book certain treatments. Valid ID may be required.

• For certain services, a consultation may be required prior to the treatment.

2. Deposit & Payment

• Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise specified.

• Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card and check.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We ask at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

4. Late Arrival Policy

• If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and it may be treated as a no-show.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time unless told otherwise.

5. Medical Disclosure

• You must complete an intake form and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.

• Failure to disclose relevant information may impact the outcome of your service and could result in rescheduling.

6. Refunds & Returns

• Services rendered are non-refundable.  If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
