Online Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment online with Bloom Aesthetics & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Appointments & Medical Review
Online booking reserves time specifically for you. Certain services require medical evaluation, consultation, or eligibility confirmation prior to treatment. Bloom Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to modify, delay, or cancel an appointment if services are not medically appropriate.

Deposits & Payment Authorization
Some appointments require a deposit or valid payment method on file at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward services rendered and are non-refundable if cancellation policies are not met. Payment for services is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule most appointments. Weight management visits, procedures, and appointments lasting one hour or longer require at least one week’s notice. Appointments canceled outside of the required notice period will incur a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full missed appointment fee or forfeit any deposit.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or need to reschedule. Fees may still apply.

Medical Information Accuracy
You agree to provide complete and accurate medical history, medications, and health information. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in treatment delays, cancellations, or adverse outcomes for which Bloom Aesthetics & Wellness is not responsible.

Results & Expectations
Results vary by individual. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes of aesthetic, wellness, or medical treatments. Photos, testimonials, and descriptions are for informational purposes only.

Booking Errors
If an appointment is booked incorrectly (wrong service, duration, or provider), Bloom Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to adjust or reschedule the appointment.

Communication Consent
By booking online, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and relevant communications via phone, text, or email.

Right to Refuse Service
Bloom Aesthetics & Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for medical, safety, behavioral, or policy-related reasons.
