ROOTED FEMME BOOKING TERMS

When you schedule an appointment with Rooted Femme we set aside enough time to provide you with the highest quality care. We understand that life is busy and things come up, however, we respectfully ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment that you notify our office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This gives us time to schedule other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. 


Please see our Appointment Cancellation/No Show Policy below: 

Effective November 17, 2022 – any patient who cancels, reschedules, or fails to show up for an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged a $45 Cancellation Fee.

Attiva, Avéli, and Xerf all requie a nonrefundable $500 deposit at the time of booking.

Fees will be charged to the credit card on file.


As a courtesy, we send reminder emails for appointments. If you need to update your email on file, please contact our office to do so. We understand there may be times when an unforeseen emergency occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. If you should experience extenuating circumstances please contact our Office Manager, who may be able to waive the No Show fee. You may contact Rooted Femme 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the numbers below. Should it be after regular business hours Monday through Friday, or a weekend, you may leave a message.
