Booking Terms & Appointment Policy

Appointment Scheduling
All appointments must be scheduled in advance. A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Booking an appointment confirms your agreement with the terms outlined below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. To respect both our patients and our providers’ time, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours in advance incur no fee.
Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a $25 fee.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice (“no-show”) will result in a full visit fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other patients. Late arrivals may still be subject to the full appointment fee.
Initial Consultations
Initial visits are more comprehensive and require dedicated provider time. Initial consultation fees are non-refundable once booked and are subject to the same cancellation policy.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit cards, . Any applicable fees for labs, medications, or additional services are separate unless otherwise stated.
Insurance & Reimbursement
Vela Luma operates as a cash-pay practice. Patients are responsible for all charges at the time of service. We do not accept insurance.
Medical Clearance & Treatment Eligibility
Booking an appointment does not guarantee treatment. All therapies are prescribed only after a medical evaluation and based on clinical appropriateness and safety.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of medical services, services rendered are non-refundable. Medications, supplements, and labs are non-refundable once ordered or dispensed.
Agreement to Terms
By booking an appointment with Vela Luma, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these booking terms.
