By booking an appointment with Valencia Medspa, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms and policies:

1. Appointment Confirmation
   My appointment is not considered confirmed until I receive a booking confirmation through the online booking system, email, and/or text message. Valencia MedSpa reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to provider availability, treatment appropriateness, or medical necessity.

2. Arrival Time / Late Policy
   I agree to arrive on time for my scheduled appointment. If I arrive late, Valencia MedSpa may shorten my appointment to stay on schedule or reschedule my appointment if necessary. I understand I may still be responsible for the full service cost.

3. Cancellations / Rescheduling
   I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule my appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. No-Show Policy
   A “no-show” is missing a scheduled appointment without providing notice. No-show appointments may be subject to a fee and/or may require prepayment for future bookings.

5. Deposits / Prepayment
   Certain services may require a deposit or prepayment at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the cost of services at the appointment. Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs outside of the cancellation policy window.

6. Refund Policy
   I understand that all services are final. Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic treatments, Valencia MedSpa does not provide refunds on completed services, packages, memberships, or products. Valencia MedSpa may, at its discretion, offer a treatment adjustment plan if clinically appropriate.

7. Medical Clearance / Treatment Appropriateness
   I understand some services may require a medical consultation, review, and/or medical clearance prior to treatment. Valencia MedSpa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time if services are deemed unsafe, medically inappropriate, or contraindicated based on my medical history, medications, or other health factors.

8. Pricing / Promotions
   Prices are subject to change at any time. Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated. Discounts and promotional pricing must be applied at the time of service and cannot be retroactively applied.

9. Communication Consent
   I consent to receive appointment communications from Valencia MedSpa, including reminders, confirmations, updates, and follow-up instructions, via phone call, text message, and/or email. Message and data rates may apply.

10. Policies & Updates
    I understand Valencia MedSpa reserves the right to update policies at any time. The most current policies apply at the time of booking and service

    To respect the time of our providers and other patients, Valencia Medspa requires advance notice for any appointment changes.

    Cancellations made on the same day as your scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will incur the following fees:

    • $25 for standard appointments

    • $55 for Pellet Therapy and IV Therapy appointments

    These fees will be charged to the card on file.

    This policy allows us to maintain availability and provide the highest level of care to all patients.
