In-Office Appointment Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can provide timely care to all patients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy for in-office appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may result in a $50 late cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a $50 no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on availability.

Mobile IV Therapy Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can provide timely service to all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy before booking.

Deposit
$50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time with no penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the $50 deposit being forfeited.

No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment, or who are unavailable when the provider arrives, will be charged 75% of the scheduled service price.

Provider Arrival
Please ensure you are present at the scheduled appointment time. If the provider arrives and is unable to reach you within 10 minutes, the appointment may be considered a no-show and applicable fees will apply.

Late Arrivals
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but appointment times may need to be adjusted or rescheduled depending on availability.

Refund Policy

At our clinic, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality IV therapy services. Due to the medical nature of our treatments and the preparation of supplies specifically for each appointment, we have the following refund policy in place.

Services Rendered
Once an IV therapy service has been administered, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Deposits (Mobile Appointments)
Deposits made to secure mobile appointments are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled within the required cancellation window, as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Cancellations
Clients who cancel within the allowed time frame may reschedule their appointment without penalty. Refunds for canceled appointments may be issued at the discretion of the business if payment was made in advance.

Incomplete Treatments
If an IV treatment cannot be completed due to medical concerns identified by the provider or patient safety considerations, a partial refund or service credit may be issued at management’s discretion.

Packages & Prepaid Services
Packages or prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual or used at a future appointment, unless otherwise specified.

In-Office IV Therapy Policies

To ensure a safe, professional, and efficient experience for all clients, the following policies apply to all in-office IV therapy appointments.

Appointments
Appointments are recommended to ensure availability. Walk-ins may be accommodated based on provider availability.

Our medical providers reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is determined that IV therapy may not be safe or appropriate for the client.

Refund Policy
Once IV therapy services have been administered, all sales are final and non-refundable due to the medical nature of the treatment and preparation of supplies.
