Online Booking Terms & Conditions – 

By booking an appointment online with Beauté Wellness & Aesthetics, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Policy

• All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by phone.
• You must be 18 years or older to book certain treatments. Valid ID may be required.
• For certain services, a consultation may be required prior to the treatment.

2. Deposit & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of [50 % of treatment cost] is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise specified.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit, Cherry, Affirm 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We require at least  24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit
• No-shows may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

4. Late Arrival Policy

• If you are more than  15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and it may be treated as a no-show.
• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

5. Medical Disclosure

• You must complete an intake form and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
• Failure to disclose relevant information may impact the outcome of your service and could result in rescheduling.

6. Refunds & Returns

• Services rendered are non-refundable.
• If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within  3 days to discuss your concerns.
• Retail products may be exchanged within  14 days if unopened and in original condition.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with our policies.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for treatment purposes and internal record-keeping. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. COVID-19 & Health Protocols

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for the safety of staff and clients.
