Booking Terms

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability for other patients.

Online Booking
This online booking portal is available for Medical Aesthetic Consultations, Facial Appointments, and VISIA 3D Skin Consultations.

Existing medical aesthetics patients who are ready to schedule treatment should contact the office directly. Existing patients should only book another Medical Aesthetic Consultation if they would like additional consultation time to discuss new concerns, treatment options, or changes to their treatment plan.

Medical Aesthetic Consultations
A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If the appointment is kept as scheduled, the $200 may be applied toward same-day treatment or toward a treatment package purchased at the consultation. Otherwise, the fee covers the consultation and does not carry over to a future treatment.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 4 days before your appointment, or fail to attend your appointment, the $200 deposit is forfeited and an additional $100 fee will be charged to the card on file. The total non-refundable amount for a late cancellation, late reschedule, or no-show is $300.

Facial Appointments
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. If the appointment is kept as scheduled, the deposit will be applied toward your scheduled facial.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 4 days before your appointment, or fail to attend your appointment, the $100 deposit is forfeited and an additional $50 fee will be charged to the card on file. The total non-refundable amount for a late cancellation, late reschedule, or no-show is $150.

VISIA 3D Skin Consultations
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

If you cancel or reschedule less than 4 days before your appointment, or fail to attend your appointment, the $50 deposit is forfeited and an additional $50 fee will be charged to the card on file. The total non-refundable amount for a late cancellation, late reschedule, or no-show is $100.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
To avoid late cancellation or rescheduling fees, notice must be provided at least 4 days prior to your appointment.

By completing your booking, you authorize the applicable charges and confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
