Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and removed from availability for other patients.

All new patients must begin with an initial consultation appointment prior to receiving any treatment services. If you are a new patient and you book a treatment appointment online in error, you are responsible for contacting Balanced Aesthetics & Wellness promptly so your appointment can be adjusted accordingly. New patients who do not have a consultation scheduled first risk having their appointment canceled. 

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your scheduled service only if the appointment is kept as scheduled.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 4 days before the scheduled time, or fail to attend your appointment, the $200 deposit is forfeited and an additional $100 will be charged to the card on file.
Total non-refundable amount for late cancellations, late reschedules, or no-shows is $300.

To avoid additional charges, cancellation or reschedule notice must be provided at least 4 days prior to your appointment.

By completing your booking, you authorize these charges and confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
