At Modern Aesthetics & Wellness, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to provide a personalized, elevated experience for every client. To respect the time of our clients and providers— and to maintain our busy appointment schedules, we kindly ask that all guests follow our appointment and cancellation policies.
Booking Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to reserve your appointment
time.
Deposits:
- Will be applied toward the cost of your service at
checkout.
- Secures a dedicated treatment time reserved
exclusively for you.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for appointment modifications. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice ("no-shows"), will result in:
- A
cancellation fee of $100-250 (depending on service reserved),
and/or forfeiture of appointment deposit.
Late Arrivals
To maintain a seamless experience for all guests, clients
arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and
the missed appointment policy will apply.
Exclusive Treatment Environment
To ensure a comfortable, private, and uninterrupted
experience for every guest, we kindly ask that you:
- Do NOT bring children, friends, or additional
guests to your appointment.
- If special accommodation is needed, please contact
the office.
If extra guests accompany you, they are welcome to remain in the lobby during your treatment.
