Client Experience & Appointment Policies
At Modern Aesthetics &
Wellness MedSpa, every appointment is intentionally reserved to deliver a refined, personalized experience. Out of respect for our clients, providers, and carefully curated schedule, we kindly ask that you follow our appointment and cancellation policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
This allows us to extend availability to other clients. If you need to change your appointment please call or text: (702) 381-3545
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”), will result
in:
- A cancellation fee of $50–$150 (depending on service scheduled), or
- Forfeiture
of any deposit paid, if applicable.
Reserved treatment time is held exclusively for you, and we appreciate your understanding.
Late Arrivals
To maintain a seamless experience for all guests, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and the missed appointment policy will apply.
Booking Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits:
- Are applied toward your service when completed
- Are non-refundable for late cancellations or "no show" appointments
This ensures dedicated provider time for you and an exceptional experience.
Exclusive Treatment Environment
Due to the small size of treatment rooms and safety considerations, only the scheduled client is permitted in the treatment area. We respectfully ask that you:
- Do not bring children, friends, or additional guests to your appointment.
- If special accomodations are needed please contact the office.
If extra guests accompany you, they will be asked to remain in the lobby.
