Online Booking Terms & Conditions – 

By booking an appointment online with GoWell Med Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Policy

• All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by phone.

• You must be 18 years or older to book certain treatments. Valid ID may be required.

• For certain services, a consultation may be required prior to the treatment.

2. Deposit & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

• Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise specified.

• Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, or ZELLE.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

• Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee of $25.

• No-shows may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

4. Late Arrival Policy

• If you are more than 15 late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and it may be treated as a no-show.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Services rendered are non-refundable.

• If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 3 days to discuss your concerns.
