Online Booking Terms & Conditions –
By booking an appointment online with GoWell Med Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointment Policy
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by phone.
You must be 18 years or older to book certain treatments. Valid ID may be required.
For certain services, a consultation may be required prior to the treatment.
2. Deposit & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise specified.
Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MC, Discover, AMEX, or ZELLE.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee of $25.
No-shows may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
4. Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 15 late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and it may be treated as a no-show.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
5. Refunds & Returns
Services rendered are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 3 days to discuss your concerns.
6. Privacy
Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for treatment purposes and internal record-keeping. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
By booking your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions.
