By booking an appointment through our online platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.


General
These terms and conditions govern your use of the online booking system for all services offered by our medical spa. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to the medical spa, and "you" refers to the client making the booking. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time.


Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book the appointment on your behalf and be present during the consultation and treatment.


Appointment Booking
All bookings are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure your appointment. This is for our cancellation policy and will be charged at the time of booking unless otherwise stated for specific promotions or services. By providing your contact information, you consent to receive appointment confirmations, reminders, and other communications via email or SMS.


Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To be fair to all clients and staff, we have the following policies:
Standard Cancellation: You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.
Late Cancellation/No-Show: If you do not cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to show up, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrival: Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and the full service fee may be charged.


Payment
Payment for services is due in full at the time of your appointment. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We do not accept personal checks. Prices for services are subject to change without notice. All prices listed on our website are for informational purposes only, and the final price will be confirmed at the time of your appointment.

Health and Medical Information
You must provide accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, current health status, allergies, and any medications you are taking. Failure to disclose all relevant health information may result in an unsafe treatment, and we reserve the right to refuse service. All information you provide will be kept confidential in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable laws, such as HIPAA.
 

Failure to Follow-Up Post-Aesthetic Procedures
At Authentic Medical Aesthetics and Wellness LLC, we prioritize our clients' safety and satisfaction. Attendance at scheduled follow-up appointments after receiving aesthetic treatments is mandatory. Failure to attend these appointments will result in disqualification from receiving further treatments, corrections, or enhancements related to the initial procedure. Instances of refusal, missed, or forgotten follow-up appointments will result in forfeiture of eligibility for touch-ups, adjustments, or any corrective services. This policy is in place to ensure we can effectively monitor and uphold the quality and safety of all procedures conducted at our clinic.
