Terms and Conditions
To ensure the highest
quality care and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review
the following policies before scheduling your appointment.
Appointment
Scheduling: All
appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, online booking, or in-person.
We do not accept walk-ins.
Cancellations &
Rescheduling: We
require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment
changes. This policy allows us to respect the time of our practitioners and
other clients seeking care.
- Cancellations
made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will be charged 50% of
the service cost.
- No-shows
or appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the
scheduled service fee.
Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more
than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and will need to
reschedule. The full-service fee may apply.
Required Consent
Forms: All clients must have completed and signed required consent forms prior to their appointment. Failure to complete necessary documentation may result in the visit being shortened to allow for form completion time or the visit being rescheduled.
Payment Terms: All services provided
at Integrative Living are CONCIERGE (self-pay) and must be paid at the time of service. We do not bill insurance, but HSA and FSA plans are accepted.
