Cancellation Policy


Laser Lounge Med Spa's cancellation policy states that if a client cancels/reschedules within 24 hours or less of the scheduled  appointment time they will be charged $50.  A client that shows up 15 minutes or more past the scheduled appointment time is considered a no show and will be charged.  After two no shows appointments a client will not be able to book again.  This is to respect both our staff and the time reserved for our valued clients.


Laser Lounge Med Spa has a strict no-child policy. We love children and understand it can be difficult to arrange child care however, due to safety considerations and limited space, children under 16 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service. Our facility is not a safe space for children due to chemicals and dangerous equipment. Children pose unique challenges in salon and spa environments. Our spa focuses on tranquility and calm, and a place for clients to have “me time” and recharge.
