Booking Terms

By scheduling an appointment with Hone Into Wellness, you agree to the following terms:

Appointment Confirmation
Appointments must be confirmed prior to your scheduled time. You may receive reminders via text and/or email based on your communication preferences.

Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule to ensure quality care and respect for other patients.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Deposits
Some services may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits may be applied toward your service total and may be non-refundable if cancellation notice is not provided.

Medical Eligibility
All treatments require provider approval. A consultation and appropriate lab work may be required prior to receiving treatment.

Results and Treatment Plans
Treatment plans are individualized. Results may vary, and ongoing follow-up may be required to ensure safe and optimal outcomes.

Membership Services
Memberships are billed monthly and require a 14-day notice for cancellation.
