Terms & Agreements

By booking an appointment with Empire Med Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Services provided are cosmetic and elective in nature. Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

Clients must provide accurate medical history and notify the provider of any health changes prior to treatment. Certain treatments may require medical clearance or consultation with a licensed medical provider.

Empire Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client if a treatment is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or outside the provider’s professional scope.

Prices, promotions, and memberships are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a $50 cancellation fee.
• No-shows may result in a $100 no-show fee or forfeiture of the scheduled service deposit.
• Clients who repeatedly cancel or no-show may be required to prepay for future appointments.

This policy allows us to respect the time of our providers and other clients.

Card on File Policy

A valid credit or debit card is required to be kept on file in order to book appointments with Empire Med Spa.

Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a deposit is required for the service. The card on file will only be charged in the event of:

• Late cancellations
• No-show appointments
• Outstanding balances

By booking an appointment, you authorize Empire Med Spa to charge the card on file in accordance with these policies.

In-House Policy

To ensure the best experience for all clients, we ask that the following policies be respected:

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment. Late arrivals may shorten your treatment time or require rescheduling.
• Children and additional guests are not permitted in treatment rooms unless approved by staff.
• All treatments are provided in a professional medical setting. Respectful behavior toward staff and other clients is expected at all times.
• Photography or videography inside treatment rooms may only be done with staff approval.

Empire Med Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow these policies.
