Because we respect your time, your skin, and your sanity.

Appointments All appointments are confirmed upon booking. Please arrive on time — out of respect for every client on our schedule, late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. We want to give you the full experience, not a rushed version of it.

Cancellations & Rescheduling We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Life happens — we get it — but last-minute cancellations affect our team and other clients waiting for appointments.

Refund Policy All injectable and rendered services are non-refundable. Results are real, but they vary — individual skin, lifestyle, and biology all play a role. If you have a concern about your results, contact us within 72 hours and we will make it right. Injectables take up to 14 days to settle completely — your final results are worth the wait.

Retail products may be returned within 14 days in unused, unopened condition. A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. Opened products are non-refundable — we recommend asking us before you buy if you have questions.

Pre-Treatment Responsibility You know your body best — please disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, recent procedures, or active skin concerns prior to your appointment. Skinsanity is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information. When in doubt, tell us everything.

For skin treatments: discontinue retinol and retinoid products at least one week before your appointment.

For injectable services: avoid blood thinners, alcohol, and anti-inflammatories 48 hours prior. Always defer to your physician regarding prescription medications.

Consent & Intake Forms Certain services require a signed consent form before treatment begins. This protects you and us. Failure to complete required documentation may result in rescheduling — not because we're difficult, but because your safety is non-negotiable.

Right to Refuse Service Skinsanity Co. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to safety concerns, contraindications, or conduct that is disrespectful to our staff or other clients. We maintain a positive, professional environment — always.

A Note on Results We will always tell you the truth about your skin. That means we won't oversell, overpromise, or recommend treatments you don't need. Honest skincare is our entire brand. If something isn't right for you, we'll tell you.
