Booking Policy

We're happy to offer easy, deposit-free booking for your convenience on all services — with one exception: massage appointments require a $50 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, which will be applied toward your service at checkout.

Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can offer that time to another client. For massage appointments, cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows For non-massage services, we do not currently charge a cancellation fee; however, repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require a card on file to be charged or prepayment to book future visits.

Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other clients. Full service fees may still apply.
