Eterna Health – Booking Terms & Policies

By scheduling an appointment with Eterna Health, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments & Deposits
A valid credit card may be required to secure your appointment. Certain services may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward your treatment total.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee of $75.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a $75 no show fee and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable. Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferable at management’s discretion.

Medical Disclosure
Please provide accurate and complete health information prior to your appointment. Certain treatments may be postponed or declined based on medical history for your safety.

Results Disclaimer
Individual results may vary. While we strive for optimal outcomes, no guarantees can be made regarding treatment results.

Right to Refuse Service
Eterna Health reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including safety concerns or inappropriate behavior.
