Our Commitment to You-
At Vida Wellness, we value your time and the expertise of our clinicians. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the highest quality of care to all our clients, we adhere to attendance guidelines.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests.
- Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a $50 fee.
- How to Cancel: Please call us at [Phone Number] or use our online booking portal to make changes to your appointment.
No-Show Policy
"No-showing" (failure to arrive without any prior notice) is particularly disruptive to our small clinic.
- No-Show Fee: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service fee or a flat fee of $100, whichever is less.
- Membership Impacts: For members utilizing a monthly "banked" service, a no-show may result in the forfeiture of that month's service credit.
Late Arrival Policy
We strive to stay on schedule for the benefit of all clients.
- Grace Period: We offer a 10-minute grace period.
- Reduced Treatment Time: If you arrive late but within the grace period, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time so as not to delay the next client. The full service fee will still apply.
- Forfeiture: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a "No-Show," and we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure clinical protocols (such as numbing time) are not rushed.
