Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Profile Medical Aesthetics & Wellness by Gettin' Lippy with Brit, we value both your time and the dedicated time reserved exclusively for you with our providers. To continue offering an exceptional experience and accommodate all scheduled guests, we kindly ask that you review our appointment policy below.

✨ Appointment Changes & Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Appointments adjusted with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in a charge of the full scheduled service amount.

For appointments scheduled on Mondays, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made by Thursday of the week before by 4:00 PM.

✨ Missed Appointments

Clients who fail to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full reserved service amount.

✨ Courtesy Acknowledgment

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments limit our ability to accommodate other clients seeking care and treatment. We truly appreciate your understanding, respect, and cooperation with this policy.

✨ Authorization & Agreement

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the above cancellation and rescheduling policy. I authorize Profile Medical Aesthetics & Wellness by Gettin' Lippy with Brit to charge the card on file for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than the required notice, or for missed appointments without notice.
