Booking, Deposit, and Cancellation Policy
To reserve your appointment, a $50 booking deposit and/or credit card on file may be required. Your deposit is credited toward your scheduled appointment.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may result in forfeiture of the $50 deposit and/or a $50 late-cancellation/no-show fee charged to the card on file.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment time or require rescheduling, depending on provider availability.
Treatment eligibility, timing, and final recommendations are subject to provider assessment, medical history, and safety considerations. Some services may require consultation before treatment.
