At Oum, personalized care begins before your treatment.
Our booking policies help us reserve dedicated time for you and create an attentive, seamless experience.

Consultations & Personalized Care

A provider consultation is required before all aesthetic procedures, except facials. During your

consultation, we review your concerns, medical history, and goals to create a personalized

treatment plan and discuss pricing, expected results, and recommended sessions.

Facials may be booked directly and include a brief skin assessment to guide your care. Treatment

remains subject to provider approval and suitability.

Your Reservation

A $50 reservation fee is required at booking to secure your appointment and will be credited

toward your treatment. Your appointment is confirmed once the fee is received and our team

confirms your booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• With at least 24 hours’ notice, your reservation fee may be refunded or transferred to a

rescheduled appointment.

• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, as well as

missed appointments, will result in forfeiture of the $50 reservation fee.

• A new reservation fee is required to book again following a late cancellation or missed

appointment.

Arrival & Late Arrivals

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and complete any remaining forms. Late arrivals

may require a shortened visit or rescheduling to preserve the quality of care and respect the

appointments that follow.

Treatment Expectations & Photography

Your provider will discuss anticipated benefits, recovery, and realistic expectations. Individual

results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Clinical photographs will be taken to document your

progress; marketing use requires separate written consent.

Payment

The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and approved

payment methods. Financing through Cherry is available to qualifying applicants.
