Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling
At MK Lotus Aesthetics, each appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect our providers, our schedule, and other patients waiting for care, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.
All appointments require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require a non-refundable booking fee before future appointments can be scheduled. This fee cannot be applied toward future services or products.
No Show Policy
A “no show” occurs when a patient does not arrive for a scheduled appointment and does not provide advance notice.
Missed appointments may be subject to a $100 no-show fee. Multiple no-shows, repeated late cancellations, or frequent rescheduling may result in a required non-refundable booking fee or may limit future booking privileges.
MK Lotus Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse or reschedule appointments for patients who repeatedly disregard clinic policies.
Late Arrival Policy
We allow a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to avoid delaying other patients. Failure to notify us of a late arrival may result in appointment cancellation and a $100 cancellation or no-show fee.
Refund Policy
All services, treatments, packages, memberships, and prepaid services are non-refundable.
Aesthetic treatments are medical services. Payment is collected for the treatment performed, provider time, products used, and clinical expertise — not for a guaranteed outcome.
If you are unable to complete a prepaid treatment package, MK Lotus Aesthetics may, at its discretion, issue a clinic credit for the unused portion of the package based on the package purchase price. This credit may be applied toward eligible future services or products.
Clinic credits are non-transferable and must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase or within 6 months, unless otherwise approved by MK Lotus Aesthetics.
Treatment Outcomes
MK Lotus Aesthetics is committed to providing honest recommendations, safe treatments, and medically guided aesthetic care.
Please understand that aesthetic medicine is not an exact science. Individual results vary based on age, anatomy, skin quality, lifestyle, medical history, metabolism, treatment plan, and how your body responds.
While we always aim for the best possible result, no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Payment for services is for treatments performed, not for a promised or guaranteed result.
Additional treatments, maintenance sessions, or product recommendations may be needed to achieve or maintain your desired outcome.
Deposits & Booking Fees
Certain services, packages, and extended appointments may require a deposit or booking fee to reserve your appointment time.
If applicable, deposits may be applied toward your scheduled treatment when the appointment is completed. Deposits or booking fees may be forfeited for late cancellations, missed appointments, repeated rescheduling, or failure to follow booking policies.
Packages & Prepaid Treatments
Treatment packages are designed to provide progressive results over a recommended series of visits. Package pricing reflects bundled treatment value and may not be divided, transferred, or refunded.
Unused package treatments may expire based on the package terms discussed at purchase. If you need to pause your treatment plan due to medical reasons, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your options.
Membership Policy
Membership benefits, credits, and discounts are subject to the terms of the specific membership agreement. Membership credits are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred to another person.
Unused membership credits may be subject to expiration, rollover limitations, or cancellation terms as outlined in the membership agreement.
Medical Weight Management Policy
Medical weight management services require appropriate medical screening, history review, and provider evaluation. Not every patient will be a candidate for medication-based treatment.
Medication, labs, pharmacy costs, supplements, and third-party expenses may be billed separately unless specifically included in the treatment plan.
MK Lotus Aesthetics does not guarantee a specific amount of weight loss. Results vary based on medication response, lifestyle, adherence, metabolic health, and medical history.
Neurotoxin & Injectable Policy
Neurotoxin treatments, including Botox and Xeomin, are customized based on anatomy, muscle movement, treatment goals, and provider recommendation.
Results are not immediate and typically develop over several days, with full effect commonly assessed around 2 weeks. Duration varies by individual.
Follow-up appointments may be recommended when clinically appropriate. Additional units or touch-up treatments may result in additional charges unless otherwise discussed at the time of service.
Laser & Energy-Based Treatment Policy
Laser, RF microneedling, and other energy-based treatments require proper screening and may not be appropriate for every patient.
Multiple sessions are often recommended for best results. Treatment outcomes vary depending on skin type, hair type, skin condition, treatment area, lifestyle, and adherence to pre- and post-care instructions.
Patients are responsible for following all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions, including sun avoidance when applicable.
PDRN, PDGF & Regenerative Enhancements
PDRN, PDGF, and other regenerative skin support treatments are offered as post-procedure recovery enhancements when appropriate. These are not standalone facial services.
These enhancements are designed to support recovery, hydration, barrier repair, and overall skin quality after eligible treatments such as RF microneedling or laser procedures.
Pet Policy
For the safety, comfort, and cleanliness of our clinic environment, pets are not permitted inside MK Lotus Aesthetics.
Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Children & Guests
For safety reasons, we kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany patients into treatment rooms unless previously approved.
Our clinic uses medical devices, injectables, sharps, and treatment equipment that require a calm and controlled environment.
Payment & Processing Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. A 5% processing fee will be added to all card transactions.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional pricing, package pricing, and membership benefits may not be combined unless specifically stated.
Right to Refuse Service
MK Lotus Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment when it is medically inappropriate, unsafe, outside the provider’s clinical judgment, or inconsistent with our clinic policies.
We also reserve the right to discontinue care for inappropriate behavior, repeated missed appointments, failure to follow pre- or post-care instructions, or violation of clinic policies.
Policy Updates
MK Lotus Aesthetics may update policies as needed. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate major changes when possible; however, policies may be changed without prior notice.
By booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or receiving treatment at MK Lotus Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to follow the policies listed above.
