Terms and Conditions: By proceeding with the booking of our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: 

Late Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect the time of all clients and providers, we kindly ask that you follow the guidelines below:

1. Cancellations & Change

•        We require at least 72 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
•        Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice will be charged 50% of the booked service
•        No-shows or same-day cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the booked service,
•         Free consultation no-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged $50

• If an appointment requiring a deposit is canceled or rescheduled within 72 hours, the deposit will be forfeited . If the deposit is less than the required fee, the remaining balance may be charged to the card on file.

   

2. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full benefit of your service.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your service and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. In this case, the late cancellation fee will apply.
• We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals when possible, but out of respect for other clients, services may be shortened or rescheduled as needed.
