Online Booking Terms & Conditions –
By booking an appointment online with {CompanyName}, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Appointment Policy
All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by phone.
You must be 18 years or older to book treatments otherwise a parent or guardian must be present at your appointment.
For certain services, a consultation may be required prior to the treatment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee of a minimum of $150.
No-shows may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
4. Late Arrival Policy
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and it may be treated as a no-show and you will be charged a fee.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
5. Medical Disclosure
You must complete an intake form and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may impact the outcome of your service and could result in rescheduling.
6. Refunds & Returns
Services rendered are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 3 days to discuss your concerns.
Retail products MAY be exchanged or returned within 7 days if unopened and in original condition. *Limitations apply
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse treatment or service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with our policies.
