Online Booking Terms & Conditions –

By booking an appointment online with Sierra Advanced Medicine, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Policy

All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or by phone.
You must be 18 years or older to book certain treatments. Valid ID may be required.
For certain services, a consultation may be required prior to the treatment.

2. Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $150.
No-shows may be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

4. Late Arrival Policy

If you are more than 10 late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service, and it may be treated as a no-show.
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment time.

5. Medical Disclosure

Please complete an intake form and disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may impact the outcome of your service and could result in rescheduling.

6. Refunds & Returns

Services rendered are non-refundable.
Our goal is to help you feel and loook your best! If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us immediately to discuss your concerns.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse treatment or service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with our policies.

8. Privacy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for treatment purposes and internal record-keeping. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

9. Health Protocols

Please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with ill individuals. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment for the safety of staff and clients.
