Booking Terms for LIV Aesthetics & Wellness

By booking an appointment online with LIV Aesthetics & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to the following appointment policies:

Appointment Confirmation

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. You may receive appointment reminders by text message and/or email. Please confirm your appointment when prompted so we know you are planning to attend.

Card on File Requirement

A valid card on file is required to reserve appointments booked online. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking unless a deposit is required for the selected service.

The card on file may be used for applicable late cancellation fees, no-show fees, deposits, or any outstanding balance associated with your appointment.

Cancellation, Reschedule and No Show Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

Select advanced treatments, longer appointment blocks, promotional events, weekend or after-hours appointments, and high-demand appointment times may require a deposit to reserve your appointment. Deposit amounts vary by service and will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other scheduled guests.

In some cases, the late cancellation or no-show policy may apply.

Consultations & Treatment Eligibility

All services are subject to medical evaluation and provider approval. Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a specific treatment will be performed.

During your visit, we will review your concerns, medical history, goals, and treatment options to determine the safest and most appropriate treatment plan for you.

Pricing & Promotions

Pricing, promotions, and service availability are subject to change. Promotional pricing may have specific terms, expiration dates, or deposit requirements.

Specials may not be combined with other offers, discounts, memberships, or credits unless otherwise stated.

Payment Responsibility

Payment is due at the time of service. You are responsible for any services, products, cancellation fees, no-show fees, deposits, or outstanding balances associated with your appointment.

Communication Consent

By booking online, you consent to receive appointment-related communications from LIV Aesthetics & Wellness by text message, phone call, and/or email. Message and data rates may apply.
