Appointments & Consultations

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. A consultation is an opportunity to discuss your aesthetic goals, medical history, treatment options, and individualized recommendations.

Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee that a particular treatment will be recommended or performed. All treatments are subject to clinical evaluation and provider approval.

Deposits & Payments

Any applicable consultation fees, deposits, or payment requirements will be communicated at the time of booking. Treatment pricing may vary based on your individualized treatment plan.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any applicable cancellation, rescheduling, or missed-appointment fees will be communicated before booking.

Medical History & Patient Responsibilities

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information, including current medications, allergies, prior procedures, and relevant medical conditions.

Please notify the practice of any changes to your health before your appointment.

Treatment Eligibility

All treatments are subject to medical evaluation and clinical appropriateness. Scvlpt Aesthetics reserves the right to defer or decline treatment when medically indicated.
