2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interactions, appointments, and promotions but typically does not exceed approximately four messages per month unless additional communication is requested by you.
3. Charges and Carrier Responsibility
Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By opting in, you acknowledge that electronic communications (including SMS) may not always be secure and accept this risk.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modern Wellness, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

9. Eligibility
By opting in, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to consent to receive SMS communications.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued participation in SMS messaging constitutes acceptance of those changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Nevada.
