Appointment, Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To provide the highest level of care and accommodate all of our patients, we kindly ask that you review and follow the policies below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service.
No-shows and same-day cancellations without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Consultation appointments that are missed or canceled the same day without notice will incur a $50 fee ($150 for HRT Consultations).
If your appointment required a deposit, cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If the deposit is less than the applicable cancellation fee, the remaining balance may be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrivals
Please plan to arrive on time so you can enjoy the full benefit of your appointment.
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their appointment rescheduled, and the applicable late cancellation fee may apply.
When possible, we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals. However, to remain on schedule for all patients, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
