TruWellness Medical Clinic has been proudly serving our community since July 2024, with a mission to place our patients’ needs first and make every step of their wellness journey as convenient and comfortable as possible.

Our clinic is led by Dr. Sreedevi Yerrapragada, MD, who specializes in creating customized treatment plans tailored to each individual. Her goal is to ensure that every patient receives the most effective and personalized care to achieve their best wellness results.

Our team is here to support you every step of the way:

• Katie Taylor, our Administrative and Marketing Manager, helps coordinate patient care while making sure our clinic operations run smoothly.

• Jimena Ochoa, our friendly receptionist, is here to greet you and assist with scheduling and day-to-day needs.

• Mia Blakes, our newest addition, is a skilled phlebotomist who supports our infusion and injection services with care and professionalism.

At TruWellness, we offer a wide variety of services, including weight loss injections, wellness injections, IV infusions, aesthetics (such as Xeomin and lip flips), Celestone treatments, and standard primary care. Whether you’re here for a consultation, a routine treatment, or ongoing care, our team is dedicated to making your experience positive and results-driven.

We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and always available to answer your questions.
